Yes, you can access your control panel here. Just login with your username and password as normal.
Domains
· Can I register a domain here without purchasing hosting?
Yes. When you register a domain, you will receive your eNom login details to administrate your domain name.
· I registered my domain with Galvanize Solutions but lost the password, what can I do?
Don't worry. Just submit a ticket to our support team and we will reset your password for you.
· How do I host my domain here?
In order to host your domain here, all you need to do is signup and change your domains DNS information to point to our servers.
Every server has it's own nameservers, the nameservers for new customers is:

dns2.galvanize-solutions.com
· Will you register a domain for me?
Yes, we can register domain names for you. Just enter the domain when signing up and then then purchase the domain from this page.
If you would like us to register a domain extension (TLD) that isn't shown, please contact us.
E-mail
· How do I create an E-mail address?
Log into your Cpanel - http://yourname.com/cpanel
Once logged in, click on the "Mail" link. Click "Manage/Add/Remove Accounts" and then "Add Accounts".
Type in the details of the E-mail address you want and then click "create".
· I can't send E-mails, why?
Some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) do not allow you to send E-mails through mail servers other than their own. If this is the case, you may need to use your ISPs
POP3 outgoing mail server. E.g. mail.yourISP.com
If you do not know your ISPs mail server addresses, visit the Help or FAQ part of their website to find out what they are.
If this fails or is not available with your ISP, you will still be able to use web-based E-mail by going to http://yourdomain.com/webmail
· What are my mail server (POP3) addresses?
Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com
If you register your domain through us, we will set the nameservers upon registration.
· What are mail servers for?
Mail servers are usually used for E-mail clients and are needed when setting up accounts.
E-mail clients include Outlook Express and IncrediMail.
FTP
· What is FTP?
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol and it is used for uploading and downloading files from your PC to your server and vice-versa.
You can download FTP programs on the internet, some are free and others cost. You can find a list of FTP programs and download links
here.
· How do I make more FTP accounts?
You can create new accounts through your Cpanel - http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
Once you are logged in, click "FTP Manager", "FTP Accounts" and then "Add FTP Account".
Your cPanel is very easy to use but if you require help, there is always the cPanel user guide and our support team.
· What are my FTP login details?
Your details will have been E-mailed to you when your account was created.
Your login details are:
Host: ftp.yourdomain.com
Username: yourusername
Password: yourpassword
NOTE: If you create more FTP accounts, the usernames will be: username@yourdomain.com and not just username.
Scripting
· What is my absolute path?
Your absolute path is shown in your cPanel and will always look like this:
/home/username/public_html/
Remember, only files in the public_html folder can be accessed through web-browsers.
· What is my path to perl?
Your path to perl is shown in your cPanel and will always look like this:
/usr/bin/perl
· What is my path to sendmail?
Your path to sendmail is shown in your cPanel and will always look like this:
